The office staff is not willing to help. If you have a maintenance issue they will take days to handle and do not get back with you on the issue being resolved. There are better places in the area to stay for the same price. Take heed to this warning.
The apartment is old and the complex doses not want to remodel anything because they seem to be cheap- it shows in the maintenance people. The people they hired don't know what they are doing. They are just now fixing the plumbing because someones apartment flooded. I repeat Do not live here!
The good one good thing is that the area is quiet.

I agree this place horrible. I wish I would have know that before I moved there.

We moved here sight unseen from out of state a couple of years ago. Compared to the complex we lived in, this was a vast improvement. I have to say, I have not experienced the issues with maintenance. usually they are very prompt, though I have not had major issues. Also, office staff has remained constant since our stay. Compared to where we came from, the office staff sometimes changed before you even knew it, so in my opinion, that is a positive. Maintenance crew was very good but has turned over several times. Main complaints are they redid all the plumbing and now there is little pressure and water is only allowed to get to a certain temperature due to devices "required" during the reinstallation. We had good neighbors but they moved and now I have some serious noise freaks above and below. Have complained several times without much recourse. My lease will be up soon and I am planning to move on. This was good at first because we were coming half way across the country and I knew nothing about the area. Now, I am very frustrated at the rude, inconsiderate neighbors and the fact nothing can be done about them.
