I just wanted to take a moment to say something real and not petty about a place that I think has become a secret. When I read some of the comments here I almost passed it over but then I reread the words more carefully and reconsidered it. Bridges is a very quiet, well kept yet affordable slightly older community. It has a wonderful charm about it and did I say it was quiet' The apartments are very spaciously layed out and carefully detailed for the move-in. My favorite point is the large number of windows they have and a sun room off the living room.
Last month I came back to NC from an assignment in NY and these guys helped me all the way. They very carefully outlined what I would need to do and they went out of their way to make sure everything happened in a timely manner. Absolutely nothing fell in the cracks. I have never moved long distance with such great ease. Did I say I was happy'
The whole staff without exception is very pleasant and anything that I have asked about is either handled immediately or was already in process.
If you want apartment living like it should be, (in my opinion) check out Bridges at Southpoint!.

Yes, you are right Bridges at South Point is a quit community. But, there are a lot of issues with the apartment complex such as office staff, lighting, older appliances, bug issues (I have them), and the maintenance worker seemed to be uneducated about how to perform their job. I've experienced constant issues with my apartment since I moved there.
