At move in, apt was not ready for us. Kitchen floor needed replaced two days after, dead bugs all over the apt. Giant roach and giant spider problems inside and out of the apt. Management very slow to acknowledge and correct problems. Not very sound proof at all. I know everything going on in every apt around me at all times. Highly overpriced and horrible living conditions for the price. I would STRONGLY recommend any other apt in this area over this one.
