I was warned not to come here because of the crime but due to my budget I figured this would be a good place. Upon signing the lease the staff was nice. The grounds were always clean.

The only problems I had was that my water heater over flowed a few times as well as the washing machine hose wetting up the entire floor in the kitchen and hall way. The bathroom tub and sink constantly stayed stopped up.

In the winter the circut breaker kept tripping causing my utility bill to rise. I have a bill of over $400 at one point. I informed the office and they had maintence come and fix it but it would stop for a while but kept happening even today. They offered no compensation with the utility bill considering it was their unit malfunctioning. The maintence however always responded quickly.

Our neighbors were noisy but they corrected it quickly.

When cancelling the lease they were really picky about how they needed the letter of cancellation to be. They returned it 2 times for small insignificant request. I felt like I was just being given a hard time because I was moving out.
