I did not do my research before moving here and I severly regret it. This is not a safe area (there was a gunshot incident) and the parking lots are poorly lit. One light was out for over 2 months and I called every week trying to get it fixed. There is a serious bug problem that has never adequately been taking care of.... The office staff is not very friendly. They were very unsympathetic when the sewage system backed up and flooded mine as well as the 3 surround apparments. I was told "this happens in old appartments" I didn't think these appartments were that old... they keep talking about all these upgrades they are doing, but it's just been chaning the shrubbery. Children run around at all hours of the day or night unsupervised. People hang out on the sidewalks until late hours being rowdy and making noise. They do allow pets, but the people who live in the area are not pet friend and are often mean to my dogs when I take them for a walk. The only thing good about this place is the rent is cheap.
