Use to be a decent place to live, a little old but that was expected. Maint. was great most of the time requests for service were done same day (Sometimes withen minutes)Office staff was ok as well. Then somthing happened the place was bought or given away...It has turned into a dump not fit for humans not even my dog, Murders, Robberies, Break ins, home invashions, Gun shots almost daily. Responce from owners nothing, not to mention I have witnessed 3 and 4 famlies of -------- living in one apt. thought that was not supposed to happen but brought up with managment and was told they do it all the time and nothing could be done about it. (Maybe fair housing or somthing)I should of mentioned they have hired some security but from what i have seen they hang out with each other and the thugs there i assume they are to be taking care of. Use to be a maint. tech or supervisor named gary they need to bring this guy back...Guess if i was him i would of run too. Wishing i could afford to move.
