Not the place to stay

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I use to stay there 2006-2007 and it is not a place to stay. The place is worn out and the staff there is sorry. If they have not done it yet then they need to get management. I have moved to Raleigh and I am moving back to Durham, because I like it better.
