I have lived here for several years now, and maintence do take awhile to fix things and the pool is only open about 2-3 weeks out of the whole summer, the rest of the time it looks like a dirty cement pond. To the new mgn credit, they are trying to fix things up. The main problem would be security issues, they allow anyone to just walk the premises. There have been break-ins. And the ceilings cave in due to plumbing problems, but like I said you get what you pay for.
