| 05/22/2013 | I agree with certain parts of the negative reviews, but mostly these reviews are WAY exaggerated. Chapel Tower leases apartments for a very low price, so of course the area is not going to look like a luxurious kingdom. The grounds are well-kept and relatively clean, and the apartment exteriors look decent. I use Chapel Tower s swimming pool a fair amount, and I bike to Duke Manor to use their fitness center (living here gives me free access to it).
