i finally moved in (see previous post from 3/04/04)! moving here was a great decision.

i'm in grad school at unc, and the location is only five minutes from the park and ride as well as southpoint and lots of other shopping.

i've been using the workout facility and it's maintained very well.

the grounds are kept up nicely and they are currently repainting the outsides of all the units to update the look.

i absolutely love my apartment.

the construction is of very high quality.

i never hear my neighbors, everything is in working order, and there are tons of outlets, phone jacks, and cable outlets.

the utility room has LOTS of storage and they even threw in a washer and dryer for me.

if you're looking to rent, save yourself the time and come see this place.

i think it's the best you can find, especially for grad students at duke and unc.

and of course i still think the staff is fantastic! thanks so much to nicole and chris for all you did to get me into my new home.
