Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
1) I don't appreciate living in a complex that is supposedly a "gated community," but the gate has not worked for more than a month in the past year. In addition, after speaking to someone in the property management office, they don't have any intention of fixing it and have not made that known to the residents. I also bet that we are all paying extra for this amenity that is in fact nonexistent.
2) BUGS!!! Disgusting! Point Blank, and I don't appreciate the "Oh well, that's not abnormal" attitude each time I report it (which I've had to do several times).
3) Increase in rent for trash. So we are already getting gipped because we are paying for that blasted gate, but then on top of that, they have the audacity to up our rent because of trash collection....
4) If you come home after 9, you better be prepared to park far away...
Overall, I like my apartment, but I'm moving because of the things that I've mentioned that have totally turned me off.
