nicole is great, but the other girl(s') in the office are rather unpleasant to deal with. if you go to them with an issue they act as if they are way too busy for you and rush you out as soon as possible. maintenance also seems to have gone downhill but this is probably due to office staff, not the maintenance staff (who are great by the way).
my rent went up this year, and it seems most units are going up. this is when most other communities are offering specials for renewing customers.
and yes, bugs are a problem for seemingly every resident here. i have to spray all the time and have a fresh batch of dead insects to clean up every few days. not fun! it's because of the surrounding wooded areas and is just a fact of life here.
apartments themselves are nice. no walk-in closets in the one bedroom though. storage is kind of slim. i hear my neighbors all the time.
