Copper Mill has been my home for over ten years. I have seen many managers and maintenance staff come and go. I live here because I like the location, I find the office staff professional, pleasant and helpful, and I feel as safe here as I have anywhere. Although my apartment has not needed much maintenance over the years, when I do call, the response is always prompt. The community's amenities have changed over time, however, I still feel very safe here. Parking is great. There is usually a space in front of my building and all of them are wide enough that I don't worry about anyone dinging my car door when they open theirs. I use the business center regularly and find everything usually in good working order. I interact with the ladies in the office every day in some weeks. Even when things aren't going well for them, they take the time help meet my needs. I think the building and grounds are attractive. It is not a perfect place, but where would you find such. The construction changes over these past several months have dramatically improved the appearance of the place.

I would recommend Copper Mill to my friends and I don't plan to move anytime soon, unless something unforseen occurs.
