Ok shall I start with this place. The walls were paper thin and I could literally here the person above, below or beside you sneeze. I mean some noise is to be expected but not a sneeze. Then there was the guy above who crushed ice for his girlfriend at pucking 3am at least 6 out of 7 days a week.

Now let me tell you about the staff. The maintenance staff consisted of a very nice gentleman who just rode from one end to the other and changed the occassional light bulb if he was in the mood. It got to the point where I just asked for light bulbs to do it myself. Then there was the so-called manager who I can't pronouce her name and have nothing against any race but she was an Indian lady who was never in the office and whose broken english made it impossible to discuss anything with her without getting frustrated. I remember seeing residents record conversations they had with her because she either couldn't remember what she or wasn't willing to follow what she said. I gave her a thirty day notice but she tried to charge me for the full month! Also there was the fact that she had office hours posted from 9am to 5pm and she would show somedays at 4:30 and leave at 4:35. You may think that I am just a mad former resident but if you didn't catch her as she was pulling up to the office you would never catch her. There were even weeks when she was never in the office. I remember she wasn't in the office for 2 weeks one month when rent was due. She tried to charge me a late fee because the rent wasn't recieved before the 6th but she didn't return until the 10th.

The noise from outside in the parking lot was constant, there was constantly a truck driving through playing marachi music at all times of day and night. If it wasn't that then there were the other ghetto children running around the apartments at all times of night. My wife and I called the cops numerous times because someone was outside with their radio blasting at 4am.

Then there is the laundry room which had 3 washers and dryers at of which only 1 washer and dryer worked. Also the path to this room had weeds and grass growing up around it at least up to my knee if not up to my waist.

The window seals always let air even after I called maintenance to fix them several times. The tubs had mole falling from behind the wall of the tub because the showere liner had separated from the tub and just allowed the mole drop down while your taking a shower. The maintenance crew never showed up unless the there was a danger of the apartment flooding.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was cheap and on the busline. Don't make our mistake, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so true. I am living in the apartment at this moment and the problems have not change. They have actually gotten worse. I advise that no one should have to live like this. The managment is very bad and they feel that they are not reposible for anything. PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!!!!
