My boyfriend lived here for about a year, and I spent a lot of time with him here, until I noticed some things... trash all over the grounds, loose steps going up to the apartments, nails sticking out of the wood on the steps, lots of noise and people walking around all times of night, and roaches!!! Mantenance is slim to none and the manager really doesn't seem to care about the condition of the grounds or the buiildings (inside or out). I would not reccomend living here, unless you just really dont have any standards!
