- HUGE raise in rent after lease is up. They upped my rent $80 due to (market increase in apt. value) they're now charging for trash pickup, i.e. dumpster emptying.

- You can hear the person in the neighboring apartment doing their business on the toilet when you're in your bathroom.

- Starlings! Poop galore. I try to park far away from the bamboo and I keep my windows closed each night from 5:45-7 since that's their roosting time.
