Make sure to read your lease carefully to be sure everything is like the management promised, otherwise you may be caught with higher rent or a longer lease than you asked for. Also if you like Alfred Hitchcock's the birds this place is for you. Thousands of sparrows show up at 6:00 PM everyday to poop on your car and peck your head. Also don't expect to get cell phone service with Verizon or Alltel. Just a little info so you know what you are getting into before you sign of the dotted line. That doesn't even start with the aging buildings themselves.
