I have lived here for the last 2 1/2 years. The only reason that I am moving is that I am getting married and relocating to another city. The staff is great and they always respond to maintanence calls promptly.

It's like living in a resort because we are next to Duke Forest. The complex has tennis courts, hiking trails, a pool and hot tub. There are a lot of Duke graduate students and Duke staff that live back here so it's a nice environment. I'm really going to miss this place!
