I have lived at Deerfield for over two years, and I love it. I teach at Duke, so the ability to bike to work is a big plus. When I first moved to Durham, my wife and I had planned to purchase a home after two years. We're putting it off for at least another year; we just signed a new lease. The apartment is huge, and the management has been really wonderful. The current manager is really committed to keeping everyone happy. She throws regular parties and keeps the property up very nicely. And guess what' And guess what' When we had a leaking toilet, they fixed it the same day! I highly recommend them!
