I attempted to sign a lease at Deerfield and had a horrible experience with the staff and management. The entire process was fraught with inconsistencies from the management side. Attempts at contacting the main office were unsuccessful on several occasions. At one point they assured me that my application has been approved yet two days later they told me it was not approved. Overall, they were unprofessional and uncooperative.
I strongly advice seeking housing elsewhere.
