Great place to live, rent raised.

My year lease is ending soon and I wish I didn't have to go. It's a great place but my rent was raised $100. I love how it's in Duke Forest. It's very quiet, pet friendly, and close to everything. I loved the screened in balcony, tennis courts, and pool. The neighbors are nice and quiet except for the occasional person stomping on the stairs.
