We've lived here 2.5 years and have been very happy.
As a Duke grad student, this has been an ideal location.
It's in a relatively quiet and safe area.
We live on the top floor and haven't had any problems with noise.
There's plenty of parking.
We loved the screened in porches.
Probably the best part about it to me is the access to running trails within the complex and nearby neighborhoods.
I trained for 3 half marathons while living here with ease.
It's a little older than some of the other complexes, but a good value for the money (even though the rent has increased quite a bit while we've been here; and they make you buy their cable...
that is kind of annoying) Management has changed hands a lot of times which is kind of frustrating, but when something is broken, they get in and fix it pretty quickly.
I would not hesitate to recommend living in this complex.
We're moving out soon to live in another area, and I will definitely miss it.
