This was my very first apartment. It was decent and I got coupons for the rent so I never paid what the lease said (always less) unfortunately, the neighbors were not the greatest and many people a month were evicted so you had to drive around their stuff thrown out in the parking lot. The insulation is terrible and I had bug problems toward the end. Things were broken a lot but people would come and fix them. The management was pretty decent but it took awhile to get my deposit back when I moved. Overall though, it wasn't bad and I could afford a bigger place for the money.
