Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived there for one year (2000-2001).
I loved their 24/7 gym before they reduced the hours. Their staff were always pro and I have never had any complaint. Plenty of parking places, enough place for your animals, a nice swimming pool and the proximity to Duke and the shopping center made this place a nice starting place to live. The bad; Neighboor's music too loud, noise goes through the wall like paper...very interesting when you have to study or share something else with your half!
The criminality is higher than you think and the only people who knows how bad is, are the cops. But, all of those were nothing compare to the ultimum badest suprise; the TRAIN. Yes, like a horloge the train passes few hundred yard from the apts and when it does (morning aroung 6-9, afternoon 3-4). It took me several months to be able to sleep.
Overall, Duke Manor is a nice place to live if you plan to economise, seriously reduce your lifestyle or go to school.
Just a suggestion to help;
In order for these guys to ameliorate the complex, they must require the personnal(some) to live on the property and at least one by building or floor...
good luck
