High crime, in community-robberies, one murder reported to us while we lived here



Roaches, roaches, roaches. We lived on the bottom floor and were infested with roaches and other insects that loved moisture, pill bugs, camel crickets. they are all too willing to expose everyone to pesticides and have the men come and spray, but for all of those chemicals, the bugs really don't die off.



Intrusive, they always give you 1 day notice for pesticide spraying, no time to arrange for animal care! They even suggested that it was silly of me to worry about my parakeet being there at the time. They tried to tell me I could leave him in the room as they sprayed. When I called the company directly, they told me otherwise!




The parking lot is always messy, broken glass from the weekends, beer bottles lying around. Even on the playground.

Also, lots of strange people knock on our doors. We never open the door for them, but they get nervous and leave when our dog barks. It just makes us nervous having shady people outside our door, knocking.


Many of our electrical outlets do not work at all. Some are pulled out of the wall easily when just unplugging something.

Lots of holes and cracks, very tiny, but perfect for roaches.

Do not expect to move large furniture in easily. Our regular sized couch BARELY made it in, there is a wall in front of you as you walk in, so items need to be able to make the left turn to the living room.

Our fridge has had numerous problems. We call maintenance an average of 2 times a month for broken sink pipes (water all over the kitchen), fridge problems, sewage backup from the people next door putting lots of food down the drain, etc.

When it rains, the telephone wiring gets noisy, resulting in noise during phone conversations and getting kicked off the internet after 5 minutes of being on. The phone company can't do anything about it.

WOW! I lived there the same time u did and had the SAME problems. I moved in and didn't see a roach for four months!! After that it was Joe's Apartment. I kept my apartment so clean and still do and no matter how much bleach and ---- I used it was a mess. Even during the day!! Parking lot was loud I remember that murder because that's when I had came back from visiting relatives and it happened in my building!! I had a note from management on my door about it. Telephone wirse get knocked out during a storm and u have to wait days to get it back. A lot of strange people knocked at my door and once I got loud they left. I would never move back here.
