I hated living in Duke Manor. The rent was very affordable but once you lived there you understood why. My apt had spiders and many other bugs because I lived on the ground floor. An exterminator came out and probably sprayed water cause nothing happened. Gunshots, loud music (which i didn't mind but others might) and people always getting robbed in the parking lot are reasons not to move here. Also the apartment are really small. Nice size bedroom though. Tacky wallpaper.
