UNSAFE, ARM ROBBERIES A CONSTANT. NOT RECOMMENDED. VERY POOR RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS FROM MANAGER.

Duke Manor is located at a walking distance from Duke University. However I was not able to walk to or from work because I was robbed at gun point WITHIN the apartment complex. The response from the police came very late and there was no response from Duke Manor at all. I was treated by the secretary as if I was the criminal. Moreover, the back gate that leads to Duke University is frquently closed in the morning forcing the tenants to use the front gate, making impossible to walk to Duke University. The place is unsafe. NOT RECOMMENDED.
