Don't move here.

This is not at all advisable for students.

Too loud noises, Bad neighborhood, lot of roaches, clogged sinks and bad maintenance of laundry facility.

There were some security incidents in the last quarter.

You never know who your neighbor is, as nobody stays longer.

Especially for ladies, you can not even go for a walk, once it gets dark as the guys make signs and whistles at you.

Think about it before you move.

I agree. The apartment they show you is pretty, but the real apartments are nasty, smaller, more bugs, iffy maintenance. I will be honest, though, they have been responsive to our plumbing problems, and really were helpful when the upstairs neighbor's water heater leaked into our place. I didn't like it when they said the plumber would be there "some time tomorrow" when we only have one toilet -- were we supposed to cross our legs for 24 hours?
