THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! dirty, NOISY, rude drivers, loiterers drinking and smoking, trash and broken bottles (my tire popped on broken beer bottles---)
I wish i could leave before my lease ends, but it is a charge of 2 months' rent.

The residents are mostly illegals ..

this place has been a dark nightmare since day one.

duke manor and chapel towers are nothing but drunk illegals. horrible place....gives durham a bad name gsc should have higher standards for itself.
