The managment staff at this apartment complex is completely uncredited and incompetent.
They treat their cusomers, e.g.
renters and guest with utter disrespect.
They lie, cheat, steal, i.e.
do whatever it takes to make ones stay at this complex demoralizing.
This biggest contender that fits the above description is a adminstrative staff person named Patty.
Not only is she a racist against African-Americans,Africans, ---------, and other minority groups that are not white,i.e.
her verbal and communications skills are obselete.
In essence, she has a total lack of personal and professional skills.
Because of her socialized and ingrown level of racism she will stop at nothing to demise and dehumanize someone of another race.
Further, having to deal with the management staff at this complex was a unwarranted expereince, and especially having to deal with Patty, which was a total recall of: slavery, Jim Crow laws, and segregation.
