Sorry to hear about the decline

I lived here when I was a student at NC Central University. Back then, there was a nice mix of families and students from Duke, Chapel Hill, etc. The office staff was really concerned about their tenants back then and I never had any problems with people breaking into my car, etc. I can imagine how it has probably changed now especially with them lowering the rental standards. I can imagine that it is overrun with immigrants that try to fit 10 people into an apartment. Back then, there was no chain link fence that surrounded the complex. I lived in building 1505.
