Like many who have rented here, I needed a cheap place fast.

This is a fine example of you get what and some cases a lot less of what you pay for.

I have lived at 2 of there properties, with the hopes of it getting better.

No such luck.

My income is low so their is not much out there in my price range.

My next place will not be with these slum lords.

I will have to cut back to 1 meal a day just to find a clean place without roaches and maintence issues.

I agree totally and GSC is trying to pull a fast one with the lease renewal, trying to force me into a renewal. This is by far, the worse company I have experienced.

I think the city of durham's health department needs to look into all of there properties!
