I didn't live there, but I did went and look at the place. It's very old, and quite rundown. There were TONS of crawling centipedes and other creepy bugs around. The interior was very dark because of all the trees around it and it was quite dank and musty as well. The carpet had mildew all over and the counter top was falling off the wall. Overall, I was quite disgusted with the whole complex, it's not fit to live in for the rent they charge.
