The apartment itself is very nice with plenty of room, but the construction is TERRIBLE. I have neighbors below me and under me, and I can hear about everything that goes on in their apartment. Not to mention the neighbors below me BANG ON THE WALLS when my kids fall or cry or play like kids are supposed to. It is awful. If you plan to move here realize that this is APARTMENT LIVING and if you want complete silence except what goes on in your apartment you need to move somewhere else besides Edinborough or buy a house!
The staff is lazy and sorry. I have had notes put in my door saying that I owed fees that I didn't owe. I have made complaints about my neighbors breaking rules and they will not respond. PLEASE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Although I am thankful to have a nice "looking" place to live, and is convenient to I-40 and most places, I would much rather have somewhere that I can not hear the kid upstairs jumping from the ceiling and the neighbors downstairs blasting their music and banging on my walls when I make noise. I can pay less to live somewhere more PEACEFUL!
