We have had no problems here. The maint staff is good the rooms are very big. For the money we pay we think we got a bargain. We went to all kinds of apartment places before deciding on this one. The only con is I wish there were more parking spaces. The management is also friendly nad has never been rude to us. You also have easy access to I-40. We like it here
