I was very happy with Edinborough in my first year living there, but I do not care much for the new management. They don?t do a good job keeping us informed of policy changes (we don?t even receive the newsletter on a regular basis) and can be slow to respond to e-mails. It is very rare to reach them by phone...in that sense, it?s a good thing they have an answering service.
On a positive note, maintenance is great and the grounds are very well-kept. Service could be improved.
