When I first came to look at the place, I waited a LOOONG time. The office was busy with tenants coming in and out and the phones ringing. I was asked to wait a few times, and started to feel ignored and unimportant. My impression changed, though, when the leasing agent finally sat down and said,



"Sorry about that-- we always keep our current residents as our top priority."



As he walked around the clubhouse and pool, I was struck by how well the leasing agent/office staff knew the other residents. He called them by name, asked about their kids, and asked if there were any problems in the apartments. I was also impressed by the various floorplans, services, location, and pricing of all the different units. This commitment to their residents was evident that day, and has continued to be since I moved in.


I?m really happy. Parking seems to be fine near my apartment, my utility bills are really good (because of the gas appliances), the few maintenance things that have popped up were fixed within a day, and the noise from other apartments is minor at best.


I was bummed when I found out their free Pet-sitting Service didn?t apply to my dog (but it would apply if i had cats or birds or even plants to be watered). I was, however, very impressed when I pointed out the absence of a dog-walking station (with trash bags) near my apartment-- and saw one installed within a month.


Yeah, from what I?ve seen since I moved in a few months ago, this place is a good place to live, and my neighbors all seem happy, too. It?s too bad people are more apt to complain than to praise a good thing. Move in!
