I don't understand how people can be so cruel as I have read the ratings on this site. So, I would like people to know both sides. As with any place you will there is good and there is bad. However, with the bad, if I have not done my part to address the issues then I have no right to complain about it. In my review, let me express the good and the unfortunates during MY experience at Edinborough at the Park. Remember, this is MY opinion and should not reflect what yours should be.
First, there was a problem with roudy kids outside screaming and acting like a bunch of "hoodlums" and caused damage to my vehicle. I addressed this issue with the management and within 24 hours a VERY STRONG warning memo went out to the residents and this problem ceased IMMEDIATELY. This made me feel very important as a resident living here. Anytime my husband and I have expressed concerns about gates being left open, maintenance issues, ...etc, the management team took these concerns seriously and cared to rectify these matters immediately.
I am very offended that anyone could have had anything negative to say about Angel Brown. Let me strongly express that Angel has ALWAYS conducted herself in an extremely professional manner and has made my family feel top notch important here. She is one of the main reasons that we have decided to renew our lease. Then, we have recently found out that she would no longer be here and already disappointments have started. As I have never been late for my rent we have asked upper management (from another office temporarily taking over) to assist us as we would like to upgrade to a bigger apartment and since they do not know my family they were of no help. That is unfortunate. I would have felt taken care of if only Angel would stay on board! However, this will be upper administration's loss that they did not do everything in their power to keep her. Luckily, there is still Meg and Jeff.
Except for the extremely HIGH prices, don't let anyone's horrific comments scare you away. I am a strong critic and I have decided to give Edinborough at the Part another year!
