Good, Bad and Ugly

I agree with other reviewers that there are issues that need to be addressed, but I will try and list both good and bad experiences during the 13 months lived there.
Good:
1. VERY pet friendly.
2. Nice grounds, great pool, club house
3. Friendly staff including Angel and Jeff
4. When paper was being stolen they sent out letters right away asking ppl to stop.
Bad:
1. High price with no break for releasing agreement (i.e. prices went up $50/mo amidst a housing glut...stupid on their part)
2. Advertise a "Consierge" service but if on vacation they won't feed your pet, they won't check your mail, they won't drive you to the airport unless 10a - 6p.
3. Aforementioned gate issue...why have gates if they are always open
4. Refused to give back some of security deposit upon exit for unreasonable issues.
5. Called with a Gas leak in 1/2003. Took 2 weeks and 3 complaints to get it fixed...this was GAS, people, duh!
