Great location, friendly staff

I've really enjoyed staying here. I don't think you can beat the location, as you're less than 10 minutes from South Point mall in Durham and Briar Creek shopping center in Raleigh. Parking in the Beaver Dam Run side isn't a problem, but the Edinborough side looks like it gets pretty bad at times. The staff is very friendly. I'm in a 3rd floor apartment, so the noise isn't really a problem, although you do occasionally hear the apartment next to or below you. I get the impression that they're bad about raising the rent when you're lease is up, because people are always moving in/out. Overall, I would recommend these apartments, and plan on staying after my lease is up as long as the price remains reasonable.
Oh, one complaint, the parking gate. Apparently, they claim it's not a "security" gate but a "limited access" gate. It's often broken, and can get very loud and annoying if you live in an apartment next to it.
