A lot of hype and costs too much

This apartment complex markets itsself as a secure neighborhood. The gates in and out of the living area are often open for weeks at a time. The drive thru gates are frequently stuck or held open so the security of a fence is just an illusion.
The whole complex has one mailbox center and one trash/recycling area. For quite a few people in the complex drive to the gym, mailboxes, trash, and recycling.
Parking is tight at times, hope you like parking a good walk from your building..
