I have lived here from nearly the beginning. I have read the reviews from past residents and feel that they are most unjust. The office staff go out of their way to look after the residents and always give excellent service. If I have any service requests, they are dealt with efficiently and generally within 24 hours if not the same day. They even change my light bulbs!Parking can be a problem anywhere, and there are very few problems. I have never had a problem and neither have my neighbors. Location is GREAT! Within 15 minutes I can be at any of the major shopping malls and the new mall is just 5 minutes away. Grocery shopping is 5 minutes away. I am close to work and feel sorry for those who have to commute. We have 3 swimming pools which are open 24 hours, fitness centre is great, everything is always clean and tidy. They even supply us with towels. There is a complimentary airport shuttle, which I use a lot. The property overlooks the protected wetlands and is very peaceful and tranquil. They have gas on the property. My utility bills combined have never been more than $40. My rent went down on my last renewal, as did everyone elses that I spoke with! They look after their residents and give them the best possible deal. There are a lot of residents who have been there from the beginning. We wouldn't stay if we didn't like it, or weren't treated properly! As for safety, they provide us FREE with monitored intrusion alarms. If you are stupid enough not to use it, so be it. There has never been a shooting on the property nor any crime of violence. There has never been a crime problem on the property. Trash and other recycling services are free. They provide a good constant service on trash removal. Another thing I like, if I have any concerns, the staff attend to my needs in a timely, efficient manner. They make me feel as a respected and valued resident. When I am away, they offer a free pet sitting service, and my pet is always well looked after. My houseplants are also water. And this is a FREE service. The staff have all been with the property for at least 2 years, and I really like the consistancy of service. I can highly recommend where I live, and I am looking forward to staying here for a long time.
