A year ago I would have given a great review for the place. For the price we got a large spacious one bedroom with a den. Our neighbours were diverse, it was not noisy and very pleasant to live in. The location was fantastic, equidistant to both Raleigh and Durham, IN Research Triangle Park and minutes from the airport. The new owners are greedy and have undone everythin the previous owners worked for.
Water was free but now they have put in meters so we have to pay for water. They cut the contract with the alarm service, so we have to pay the alarm company ourselves if we want service. They dont help residents who are locked out after office hours anymore. The gates break down from time to time. You are supposed to give them a notice to weeks two months before your lease is up, we were 8 days late and they charged us $235 on TOP of our rent!! Leaving very dissatisfied. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
