OK, the parking may be an issue if your address will be on Edinborough Drive. Beaver Dam Run is not nearly as bad.

I have lived on both sides of the complex and am a bit happier on BDR.

Some have complained about the new management, but so far I haven't noticed much negative. Most of the staff is the same, and they have just painted and installed new gutters which made me happy (it *was* really noisy when it rained).

I don't like the gates. They are more of a problem than a solution. But, nothing is perfect. For me, the benefits outweighed the negatives.
