They added additional charges for water and garbage disposal etc. and removed features like security alarms, and are hiking the rents for no reasons.
Stopped other resident friendly features like :
- Collecting Parcels etc. no courier guy can enter the facility now, you have to go to the company to collect them
- No more referral rewards..
list goes on as they are still on it..

Okay, if you knew anything, you'd know it is ILLEGAL in the state of NC to pay referrals to anyone other than a licensed real estate agent. I know other companies do it, but it is ILLEGAL. I used to be in the apt biz & it never fails to amaze me how people will complain about EVERYTHING!!
