It seems to get worse everyday around here. I agree with the write ups about the mice, but I know they can only do so much to prevent that. This coating of the parking lot however is a whole other deal. They towed my car! And said that I was wrong to park in the parking lot after they had "warned the tenants that paving was coming". The worst part though was some jerk from the main office standing there trying to SHOW OFF for the female manger. He didnt want to listen to anything I as a resident was saying. I wouldnt have been so mad if he thought enough to hear me out. I feel for this staff if they have to keep him around. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Maintenance guys, they are cool and do well but for this much money, the company has to treat us tenants better or expect that we will not be happy. Please dont be surprised. When looking for an apartment, tenants have to know how they are going to be treated by the staff.

Well I dunno it does seem like you were maybe a cocky tenant and you got what was coming to you. It sounds like they gave you warning that the parking lot was gonna be paved and YOU refused to heed that warning! Sorry buddy! Im tired of everyone writing bad reviews about apartments when usually its clearly the tenant at fault! Peace!

As a tennant I will mention that we were given at least a weeks notice of the days of the paving. According to the memo towing was just to move any cars out of the way. Did you have to pay to get it back? If so complain about that. I've left a mostly negative review of this apartment, but I don't think their handling of the re-paving was poor.
