I was excited to move into these apartments becuase I thought I was getting a good apartment. The staff has been friendly and maintenance has been great, but I am constantly finding that we aren't getting what we were promised. First, we have to pay the water bill. Supposedly it is to encourage water conservation. That is a load of bull. Greystar just wants to make more money. Second, we can't use our storage unit because of the hot water heater. What do they expect us to do with the items that we were told to we could store in there' Third, the pool is often dirty because of all of the debris that comes from the arbor. Fourth, the playground is in awful shape. Now I see why they drive you by it and point on their tour. One of the swings has been broken forever, and there is no mulch. It is dangerous for children. There are rocks, gravel, and dirt everywhere. Fifth, the gate always seems to be broken because when it breaks they wait forever to repair it. The staff has been very friendly, but the amenities are not up to par.
