Edinborough at the Park Apartments is an OK place to live. I am just really upset with the maintenance people. The apartment complex has three men that are in charge of the whole apartment complex's maintenance problems. One of the men is really nice - (R). The other two are completly useless. (M & D) When ever you call in a problem these 2 men act like it is a really inconvience to them to come fix something in the apartments. They act like they have better things to do. Most of the time I see them standing around talking to each other. They always act like it is something the tenant did. They have really bad attitudes. I have tried to start a conversation with them and they are the least bit interested. It's not because they are working. One of the men live at the complex and I try and talk to them on the weekend whenever they are cooking out. I just wish the management would do something with these men. I know for a fact that I am not the only resident that feels this way. When I move next year this issue with these men will be one of the main reasons....

I agree completely! It's an apartment community, not a 5 star resort! For the price and the location, I love it! Things always get fixed when I ask and the staff is courteous. You cant expect the maintenance staff to be everywhere at all times, but they will always be there within 24 hours. I think that is pretty good. Like you said it's an apartment community, if you don't like it buy a house!
