Place is So-So

We lived here two years in the 1100 bldg, 1 !/2 years in the 900 bldg. We have seen at least three different companies own this property. During that time amenities have decreased and the rent increase along with now charging for water and garbage. They have had major problems with one blg. that they had to evacuate and shore up before it fell down the hill into the bog in back. I will say they have a nice gym and pools. the office staff is usually nice but with a lot of turn-over. The apts we lived in were sound with very few maint. problems. Parking is terrible especially if you come home late at night-expect to walk aways. If you are a pet owner this place is a plus, just beware that the complex will expect you to buy new carpet when you leave. We just moved out, have no pets, normal wear and tear foe 2 years and they want to charge us 750.00 for carpet replacement. I dont think so.
