This is no exaggeration. I lived in this property for 1 year, the carpet was not worn and they expected me to replace the carpet. I refused and they sent the collectors afterme. Be afraid, be very afraid.

I knew someone that lived here and they were in the apartment for maybe 2 years. There carpet was not worn out but they wanted them to pay to have the whole carpet replaced. They were sent to a collect agency also. Your not alone.
